About us:
We make pieces that are beautiful, they fit, and they last. We are always only a call or email away. We’ve lived in Grass Valley, California, for 35 years, designing clothes and costumes; everything is made here in our hometown, providing employment and skills-training in our lovely community.

Returns:
If it comes to having to return a piece, we ask only that it has not been worn and still has the original tag attached. Enclosed with each purchase is a free return label, but it expires in 15 days, so check the date on the label.
Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping with us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We prefer for matters not to linger; if you feel unsure about your purchase, simply e-mail us at info@renclothes.net expressing your concern within 15 days.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be un-used and in the same condition that you received it, with tag(s) attached.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your item(s), we will notify you on the status of the return. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
We pay all shipping costs, including returns (returns must first have an RA#). We ship using USPS, Priority. To use another carrier, please contact us at info@renclothes.net
Please note: we will not reimburse shipping if you mail it without our having issued you a Refund Authorization number and address and procedure.
