Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping with us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We prefer for matters not to linger; if you feel unsure about your purchase, simply e-mail us at email@example.com expressing your concern within 15 days.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be un-used and in the same condition that you received it, with tag(s) attached.
Once we have received and inspected your item(s), we will notify you on the status of the return. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We pay all shipping costs, including returns (returns must first have an RA#). We ship using USPS, Priority. To use another carrier, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: we will not reimburse shipping if you mail it without our having issued you a Refund Authorization number and address and procedure.
